Return & Refund Policy
A clear return and refund process for eligible JaeYacn™ purchases.
1. 30-day home trial
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
Every return must be authorized before it is shipped. Packages sent without authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.
2. Return eligibility
For a preference-based return, the product may be opened and used only to the extent reasonably necessary to evaluate it during the home-trial period.
The item must be clean, complete, and undamaged and returned with all included components, accessories, instructions, and original packaging. Proof of purchase from jaeyacn.com is required.
Where permitted by law, a return may be declined or a reasonable deduction may be made if the product shows misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, excessive wear, missing parts, contamination, or use inconsistent with product instructions.
3. Items that cannot be returned
- Gift cards and downloadable or digital products.
- Personalized or custom-configured products.
- Hygiene-sensitive consumable products after sealed packaging has been opened, where applicable.
- Products identified as final sale before purchase.
- Products not purchased directly from jaeyacn.com.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect orders
Inspect the shipment promptly. When reasonably possible, contact us within 7 days of delivery if a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. After validation, an appropriate remedy may include replacement components, a replacement product, return authorization, or a refund.
5. Return shipping
For preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and should use a trackable shipping service.
If JaeYacn™ confirms that a product was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable authorized return shipping.
Approved eligible returns are not charged a separate restocking fee. Original expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
6. Refund timing
We aim to inspect an authorized return within 5 business days after it reaches the designated return location.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit. JaeYacn™ does not control bank-processing times.
7. Exchanges
Exchange availability depends on inventory. Where a direct exchange is unavailable, complete the authorized return and submit a new order. Any price difference applies to the replacement product.
8. Order cancellation
Contact Customer Care as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
Changes cannot be guaranteed after payment review, warehouse processing, or shipment begins. If an order has already shipped, the normal return process applies.
