30-Day Return Window

If the item delivered to you does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order arrives.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and kept in its original condition. Whenever possible, please include the original packaging when sending the item back. Each return request must also include valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or transaction receipt.

Some products may not be eligible for return because of health requirements, safety regulations, or specific product restrictions.

Return Process

After your return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer service team will provide detailed instructions for sending the product back.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. JaeYacn™ will cover return shipping only if the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Once your returned package is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision. If the refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is related to a mistake made by JaeYacn™.
