How do I place an order?
To order decorative artificial flower goods from JaeYacn™, browse the products in our online store and select the items you would like to buy. Add your chosen products to the cart, then complete your purchase by following the checkout steps.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is completed successfully, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you. This email includes your transaction details and a summary of the items included in your purchase.
How can I track my package?
